Welcome to the Speed Puzzling News – a site dedicated to celebrating the thrilling sport of speed puzzling. We share event reports, expert articles, tips and tricks, and insightful interviews that inform and inspire both speed puzzlers and fans of the sport alike.
We wanted to create a place you can find news and stories from the speed puzzling world without a need to sign up for a service or the need for an account in social media. We hope to be able to bring together stories from around the world for all speed puzzling enthusiasts to enjoy.
All the content in Speed Puzzling News is completely free for all readers and the site is run on voluntary basis.
Who are we
This site was created by two enthusiastic speed puzzlers – Riikka Utriainen and Fruzsi Wilheim. We first met online in spring of 2024 and formed a team for the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship that year. Beyond our love of puzzles we share a passion of sharing all kinds of stories from the world of speed puzzling.
You can read more about us from the About page.
What you will find here
Right now you can find a few different articles about speed puzzling from the site. We want to approach the sport from many different angles so you can look forward to seeing interviews, analysis, competition reports, tips and tricks, and much more.
In September we will have a special focus on the upcoming World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship – the biggest competition in the speed puzzling world. But rest assured, we will also cover other topics and after the Worlds season has passed we will take a much wider view to the sport. If you have and idea of a topic you would like to see us cover, you can send it our way via our contact form.
In the future we hope to also expand the site to include more than just articles, for example information about upcoming competitions from around the world.
